Trip Logics,
a privately held woman-owned travel management company, specializes
in corporate, group, vacation and online travel. Founded in
1985 as Cary Travel, Trip Logics is an independently owned and
operated American Express affiliate.
Due to recent acquisitions, increased corporate growth throughout
the country and our strong focus on travel technology Cary Travel
decided to change its name. Our new name, effective September
2004, will be Trip Logics.
With a concentration on service oriented and innovative travel
technology, Trip Logics is able to provide our customers with
the most sophisticated
technology
available today. This investment
enables our customers’ full access to a variety of services
that previously they would have had to get through multiple
vendors.
Trip Logics joined forces with American Express Travel Network
in January 1991 and became part of the largest and most experienced
agency in the world. This means that as a customer of Trip Logics,
regardless of how you pay for your travel, you will have access
to some of the lowest air, hotel and car rates throughout the
country due to the American Express purchasing power. In addition
to lower hotel and car rates, we are able to offer additional
services that are not available unless you are an American Express
Travel customer. Some of these services are: advanced travel
technology, international rate desk (approx. 8% saving per ticket),
24 hour toll free emergency service, exclusive vacation discounts,
and American Express Worldwide Customer Care program. Our network
consists of over 1,700 travel locations in more than 120 countries
as well as American Express Financial Services.
The Vacation
Centre, is our leisure travel
department within Trip Logics. We have two locations, Waverly
Place Shopping Center in Cary and Quail Corners in North Raleigh.
The Vacation Centre offers exclusive discounts that are only
available to American Express representatives.
Trip Logics strongly believes in providing the best customer
service to our clients. We accomplish this through our utilization
of teams. Our headquarters is divided into teams of corporate
agents (4 to a team), an international team, a group,
meeting and incentive team,
vacation
team, management team and American
Express Financial Team. In addition
to our headquarters location, we also have a full service office
in North Raleigh and several other corporate onsite locations
in North Carolina and Georgia. |
